  • No smoking will be allowed in the show hall.
  • Please keep your area free from trash and debris.
  • Never touch a model, that is not yours, once it is place on the judging table.
  • Do not hit table edges when walking around- PLEASE be careful and respectful of others and their models.
  • We expect all showers, and their guests, to be courteous and considerate. If any transgressions arise, you may be asked to leave with no refund given.
  • Name badges will be given out and you must wear them to go in and out of the show hall.
  • Showers may leave their items in the showhall on Saturday evening, but please be advised there is no hired security for this show.  The doors will be locked, but Las Vegas Live and the Palace Station are not to be held responsible for any theft or injury to yourself or your belongings.
  • We reserve the right to ask anyone who can not obey these rules to leave - No refund will be given.
  • Forms of payment accepted are:  Paypal, Money Order, and Personal Check.  Cash will be accepted at the door for those not pre-paid.
  • No Refunds After February 1st
  • Returned Check fee is $25 and fees will be requested using another form of payment before shower may enter hall. 
  • LIMITS: 3 models per Halter class - 2 models per Performance Class
  • STONE PEBBLES:  These are NOT minis.  They will show in OF Stone and Regular Custom Classes.
  • STONE CHIPS:  These will NOT show in OF Minis.  They will show in their own section under the Stone division.  No cross entering.  Customs may show in custom mini.
  • OF MINIS: are Paddock Pals/Little Bits, Stablemates, and Micro Minis/Mini Whinnies. They must show in mini classes and can not cross enter. This division is NOT for Stone Pebbles/Chips.  They show in the Stone Division. 
  • CM MINIS: are Paddock Pals/Little Bits, Stablemates, Micro Minis/Mini Whinnies, Stone Chips. They must show in mini classes and can not cross enter. This division is NOT for Stone Pebbles.  They show in the regular custom division.  They are NOT minis.
  • OF STONE: models by the Peter Stone Co. must show in the Stone Classes - No cross Entering.
  • HALTER HORSES may enter both breed and collectibility.
  • A STONE TEST RUN MUST be signed or it is considered one of a kind.
  • SIMPLE FACTORY CM STONES will show in the regular Stone Classes.  Simple refers to minor adjustments such as an ear flicked back, braided/unbraided mane, tongue sticking out, etc.  If you are unsure, please ask.  Judges will disqualify major/extreme factory customs.  You are welcome to show the simple factory CMs in the Extreme Makeover/Factory CM section (NO cross entering), but be aware of what you will be showing against.
  • EXTREME MAKEOVER STONES and Major Factory CM Stones may show in collectibility classes, but for breed must show in their specified division.
  • DECORATOR refers to the retro colors Florentine, Copenhagen, Wedgewood, and Gold Charm.  All others will show in unrealistic color.
  • Regular Run includes: mass run, special run, limited editions and commemoratives.
  • Longears show in the "other" classes.  You determine whether it is stock, light, etc.  If you are uncertain, please ask.
  • CUSTOMS will all show together.  Drastic and Otherwise.
  • HALTERS RULES:
     
    1. No Dolls, Props, or tack except a proper halter. Halter is Optional
    2. Be sure your model is in the correct class - If unsure, ASK!!
       
  • Model Cards: 3x5 index cards to be used. Must have the following Information
     
    1. breed, gender and class number towards judge (face up)
    2. horses name and your name on the back side 
  • Original Finish Models: may have Collectibility or Rarity information to assist the judges.
  • Custom Models: may not identify artist or painter.
  • NO props will be allowed in the Arabian Costume classes.  Dolls are permitted, but please no animals, palm trees, etc.  That is a SCENE and should enter the scene class.
  • Performance:  may use up to one full page for explanation.
  • Performance Setup Time: is 10 minutes. This will be enforced by egg timer.  The announcer will call the classes twice. They will close after second call. Those showing an extensive harness set-up, please prepare ahead of time. 
  • Please do not send a list of horses being shown.
